 Born: September 12, 1966  Winston-Salem, North Carolina  Went to University of Miami's Frost School of Music on a percussion scholarship, but dropped out with one credit to go before graduating.  Acted until 1993 then moved back to North Carolina and formed Ben Folds Five Bio
