Grades Major Grades: All tests and major projects will be averaged each six weeks. This is 50% of the six weeks grade. Retest will work similar to their regular math class. Daily Grades: All daily grades will be averaged each six weeks and are 50% of the six weeks grade. Daily work includes quizzes, stations, and minor activities. Any daily assignment below a 70 may be corrected and turned back in to earn points back. The highest grade they may earn is a 70. Reflex Math The district subscribes to a program that helps students build their math fact fluency. This program tests where they are now and builds their fluency over time. It is encouraged for your child to work on this program for about 15 minutes 2-3 times per week. We will use this program during class, but it is also available at home. How to log in: First it will ask you for the username. The username is ahardin1 Then it will the student to choose what class they have me. Once they have chosen the class period they should see their name. They will click on their name and enter kisd12345 (student id number) as their password. If their name is not there please let me know. Then just listen and do what the program says. If there are any problems with log in please feel free to me.
