Returning Flight Information JFK Airport: ELM, HFC, and NHP HS May 19: Depart 3:30pm Flight: 84-Jet Blue Departs: 6:10pm Arrives: 8:58pm
Transportation to and from the Airports Will be provided by Coach Buses Parents will not be allowed to drop off or pick up their children from the airports
Baggage Information All students will be allowed to pack: One suitcase to ship which will include their uniforms in a garment bag, their marching band hats and their plumes. And one carry on and one personal item (purse or back pack) Large instruments that do not fit in the overhead will be shipped as luggage (drums, trombones etc)
Additional Baggage Information All luggage, instruments and bag packs, etc must have identifying tags with the students full name and home school All student’s luggage will be checked prior to getting on the bus
Uniform Requirements All Marching Band Students must have the following uniform parts in a garment bag in their suitcase: Uniform jacket and pants, district sash, black socks, all black marching shoes, hat, and plume Colorguard: uniform, pants, shoes, and socks Everything will be checked. Students who are missing uniform parts will not march in the parade!
Security Information All students will need a school ID (with their picture on it) Or A driver’s license (with picture ID)-if 17 or older Students must bring in their ID so that we can have a copy on file!
Rehearsal Information St. Patrick’s Day Parade: HS-7-9pm Sunday, March Elmont HS,10-1pm PARADE: 2:30pm Disney Rehearsal: Sunday, May 10am-12pm
