Our Flight 1) Depart Monday, February 17 at 3:40pm from JFK on Lufthansa Flight # 401. Arrive 5:40 am in Frankfurt. Leave Frankfurt at 10:15 am on Lufthansa Flight #1126. Arrive in Barcelona at 12:10 pm.

Return 2/24 7:25 am, leave Madrid on Lufthansa Flight #1807. Arrive in Munich at 10:05 am. Leave Munich at 11:45 on Lufthansa Flight #410. Arrive at JFK at 3:05 pm.

Departure Instructions You will be at the check-in desk at 1:40 pm. I will be there at 12:40.

Things you must do before we leave 1. Fill out the emergency information form and return to me 2. Turn in the check for the tip. $100 to Maryanne. 3. Turn in the parental approval form 4. Give me a copy of any prescriptions you will be bringing

5. Call your credit or debit card company and let them know the dates you are traveling. 6. Make two copies of your passport. Leave one with your parents and pack one in your suitcase.

Packing Suggestions 1. Do NOT bring a big suitcase. One carry-on and one personal item PLEASE. 2. Carry your money, passport, credit cards, and ID in a neck wallet and wear it UNDER your clothes. Do NOT carry money in a backpack. 3. Bring a voltage converter.

KNOW YOUR PIN NUMBER Bring an alarm clock AND a watch

4. This is a WALKING TOUR. Leave your heels at home. Bring good walking shoes. 5. You don’t need to dress up. We won’t have time. We will be too busy! 6. Bring a small umbrella or water resistant raincoat. 7. Leave your jewelry at home, but bring a watch.

8. Share hair blowers. Don’t bring a clothes iron. 9. Bring a spare set of contact lenses/glasses. 10. Bring bags to hold clean and dirty clothes. 10. Don’t forget products that contribute to good hygiene, but no container with more than 3 oz.

11. Bring a journal to write down everything you see and experience. 12. If you can’t afford to lose it, don’t bring it. 13. Use a luggage tag!

Carry-On Luggage: Use your EF bag! Bring: a book or magazine cell phone headphones (but we’re not listening while on tour, we’re in the global classroom!) camera (make sure you have lots of memory

In personal item An extra outfit toothpaste and toothbrush contact lense case and/or glasses case prescription medications

DO NOT PACK IN CARRY ON Liquids over 3 oz. Toenail clippers Tweezers Scissors Razors Anything that sharp that will hold you up from passing through inspection
