 Pass out the student transcripts.  Take a quick look at your coursework and total credits.  Now let’s update your 4-year plan…. Next …….

Let’s Review Your 4-Year Plan  Get your 4- Year Plan and Transcript in front of you.  4-Year plan is on green paper.  Your transcript is on white paper.

4-Year Plan  (Green Paper) Turn to the side that has your name on the top.  Make sure you have the postsecondary plans filled in for your corresponding grade.  Compare your new transcript (white paper) to the credits on the charts (bottom half of green paper)…..see next slide.

Left Side of 4-Year Plan (green)  English On the 4-year plan check off the semester of English you just finished (if earned a D or higher) Double check with your transcript that you have all semesters filled in (see total on credit summary – completed, bottom right of transcript)  Mathematics (if applicable) On the 4-year plan check off the semester of Math you just finished (if earned a D or higher) Double check with your transcript that you have all semesters filled in (see total on credit summary – completed, bottom right of transcript)

Left Side Continued  Physical Education (if applicable) On the 4-year plan check off the semester of PE you just finished (if earned a D or higher) Double check with transcript that you have all semesters filled in (see total on credit summary – completed, bottom right of transcript)  V&P Art/Foreign Language (if applicable) On the 4-year plan check off the semester of V&PA/FL you just finished (if earned a D or higher) Double check with transcript that you have all semesters filled in (see total on credit summary – completed, bottom right of transcript)

On the 4-Year Plan Do The Same For A-G  Remember……..  You have to have a C or better to mark those boxes!  Details on next slide…..

Now Do The Same For A-G Cont.  English - English 9, English 10, English 10 H, English 11, English 11 AP, English 12 AP and English 12 CP  Math - Algebra IB, Geometry, Alg II, Trig, Calc.  V&P Art – Art, Band, Choir, Photo  CP Electives – Econ/Govt, Earth Science, Bio II, Physics & Additional years of others on this slide  Social Studies - World History, World History H, US History, US History AP  Science - Biology, Chemistry

Now Turn 4-Year Plan Over  Make sure your plan matches your transcript.  Does 9 th grade match? 10 th ? Etc.  Make any adjustment for classes you need to repeat? (for graduation (F’s) or college entrance (D’s))  Review sample 4-year plans in your folders if you need help (yellow paper).  Are you still on track to graduate?  Don’t forget the senior contract – NO F’s to walk
