CurrentGoals Laboratory space occupied by obsolete & non-functioning equipment No ownership of some shared instruments No documentation on certification/calibration Create functional shared laboratory spaces Optimize function of existing equipment Improve laboratory areas to attract new recruits Plan: Dr. Johnny Porter, Director Resources & Infrastructure Identify equipment in need of repairs & upgrades Plan location of shared equipment Coordinate laboratory space clean up & improvement Help faculty gain access to needed equipment and resources
