IMPORTANT INFORMATION As a committee we have decided to start a toilet cleaning and morning tea roster starting the June 22nd Rally. Each family will be required over the next 12 months to bring morning tea for all riders and clean the amenities at the end of each Rally. *As they say many hands make light work.* At the end of the newsletter you will find the roster for cleaning and morning tea. *Please note it is your responsibility to swap your roster time with another family if you are unable to attend the Rally you are rostered for morning tea or cleaning. Let Us Know We need to know if you are attending the next RALLY the Wednesday before the Rally is scheduled. This is important for Sonya in her planning of groups and instructors and also for Fiona in the planning of catering. *If you attend the Rally without notification you will be fined $2 that will be placed in a tin and put towards our Xmas Rally. All Rallies will be put on FACEBOOK and details ED out to members.
