Campaign Progress Advice Matters Individual ward briefings for all WBC councillors to demonstrate our value (June 15) Invite to local press to bureau to see our added value at first hand ( May/June 15) Extend our reports to other stakeholders e.g. SCC Local Committee

What we expect to give Trustees Confidence that R&C aim is being fulfilled Increased and diversified funding by: – Showing that CAW makes a positive contribution to local issues of social justice – Demonstrating to our funders and stakeholders that the value we add greatly exceeds our costs – Additional income from winning research projects Pride in our work and the value we add

What we expect of Trustees Input and commitment to our vision and strategy R&C to be on every Board agenda – Recognising the value of our work – Risk assessment Ensure R&C has equal priority with Advice Approving our development budget of £4k (reduced from £5k due to funds won by Letting with Confidence) Requiring effective internal communications and management processes

What we expect of advisers Accurate and comprehensive recording of outcomes and AIC’s Raising R&C issues by BEFs and in response to Local Calls for Evidence Participation in research projects Engage with Healthwatch Guidance on R&C priorities Gaining cl willingness to feature in media work and campaigns
