 You are only allowed to keep one fish a day and keep one more in the fridge.  The Bass must be between 50 to 65 cm in length  You must fish with a barbless hook  You can fish 2 hours before sun rise and 2 hours after sunset

 The hook and release season is between May 1 and October 31, 2015  The retention of fish is the following dates:  May 11 to 31, 2015  August 1 to 23, 2015  September 4 to 7, 2015  October 24 to 31, 2015

 It helps to real at different speeds to try and imitate a fish.  If fishing is slow sometimes it helps if you troll your line from a boat at slow speeds.  Always be patient and never give up.  Lures that resemble smelts and are different colours can attract the bass.
