Did Darwin kill God? ©MsKeleghan’sEducationBlog
Charles Darwin's life represented the essence of science. He was naturally curious and reflective and a keen observer who was always gathering evidence to explain the world around him. Darwin spent 18 months at sea on the HMS beagle developing his theory of evolution. He then spent a later 20 years gathering evidence. Darwin wanted to demonstrate that new species could be created from a common ancestor by the accumulation of small changes over generations. ©MsKeleghan’sEducationBlog
Darwin developed his ideas in private. He repeatedly delayed publishing his ideas, dreading the controversy they would generate, for the conclusions that his research had led him to draw were at odds with the dominant belief at the time: No question, many of the more conservative members of the church and the scientific establishment despised on the Origin of Species when it was published in that God created all species in their present form, not that they had evolved through natural selection. that God created all species in their present form, not that they had evolved through natural selection. ©MsKeleghan’sEducationBlog
Darwin’s theory of evolution caused a split in opinions: Charles Darwin really solved the problem of existence, the problem of the existence of all living things - humans, animals, plants, fungi, bacteria. Everything we know about life, Darwin explained…. Most people believe that we are cousins of monkeys, cousins of cows, cousins of aardvarks. That's completely accepted by anyone who knows anything about science. Richard Dawkins: Ultra Darwinist ©MsKeleghan’sEducationBlog
Darwin was wrong….The Bible clearly teaches that humansBible clearly teaches and dinosaurs (called "dragons" in the past) were created on the same day. created on the same day ©MsKeleghan’sEducationBlog
Then we have those we believe that the Evolution theory and God are Completely compatible. ©MsKeleghan’sEducationBlog
