DO YOU THINK YOU’RE HEALTHY? To keep a healthy diet, you need to eat 5 a day. Junk food gives you a high cholesterol. This increases the chances of heart disease and heart attacks. Every time you eat something unhealthy, just think: Is it worth it?

Un-healthy snacks give you more chance of liver disease and other illnesses. I bet you have not ever thought about what you eat goes into you. Think about all the junk which fills up your body. Junk food gives you a high cholesterol. This increases the chances of heart attacks and heart disease

Eat your 5 a day is very important to the body. To maintain the healthy diet we all want, you need to eat a balanced diet of all foods but do remember to eat enough fruit and vegetables each week.
