Appointments Students are seen by appointment only Appointments can be made online If appointment is not kept, a $10.00 fee will be assessed. Due to confidentiality reasons, students must make their own appointments

Confidentiality The Health Center is under the FERPA Act. All student records are confidential and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the student without their written consent or a court order.

What Immunizations are Needed All immunizations needed for high school will cover the student through college (Copy of other immunizations not required by university, other than meningitis) Meningitis immunization required by law for all students who are living on campus for the first time. Must be received 10 days prior to moving into residence hall. Meningitis immunization cannot be greater than 10 years.

Free Services No Charge to see Physician/ NP/ Nurse (The Health Center does not accept insurance) This service is included in the health fee.

Procedures (Fee Assessed) Lab Wart removal Suture of minor lacerations Mole removal (sent to pathologist for review) Wound care (burns) Crutch rental Bandages, dressing materials and other over the counter medications The Health Center does not accept insurance
