Most people sometimes recycle.

Most people recycle all the materials that are recycled.

Most people know what compost is.

Most people go to work or to school on foot.

Conclusions:  The majority sometimes recycles.  Most people recycle all the materials.  The minority doesn’t know what compost is.  The majority goes to work or to school on foot.

Suggestions:  People must recycle more than before.  People must try to recycle all the materials.  People who don’t know about compost must learn and people who know about it must do composting.  It’s good that the minority goes to work or to school by car.
