Multiple Accountabilities Learner (to/for) Funder Taxpayer Board of directors Community Literacy field /the profession

I would like to see accountability defined by going back to the Learners. And asking them if their needs and learning desires are being met. Have the Learners tell us what they would like to learn, how they are going to hold themselves accountable, and to honor and respect that.

Being able to work together to develop a framework that we can all agree is ethical and appropriate and that we can adjust where necessary and appropriate as we go. It’s as much a piece of practice as it is documentation
