Collaboratory support Enables project continuity between academic years. −Recruits student workers. −Engenders student commitment. −Trains student workers and leaders. −Student leaders peer mentor their replacements. −Documents jobs and processes. −Continuous improvement of jobs and processes. −Intentional Christian discipleship. Workshops to equip advisors. Attracts client organizations and projects. Attracts funding. Tracks team revenue and expenses.

Collaboratory support Information management resources: −Wiki for process documentation. −Data server for document archiving and retrieval. −Cumulus image data base. −CiviCRM self-service mailing list data base. −Member Achievement Portfolio (MAP). −Video editing station. Cross-cultural equipping. Team travel logistics and risk management. Manages relationships with the Development, Business, Public Relations, Admissions, ITS, and other offices.

How advisors enable the Collaboratory Shared leadership: −students share leadership with educators, and learn by seeing their teachers in action. −educators share leadership with students, mentoring students to lead and working themselves out of a job. Player coaches: educators work with their mentees and make hands-on professional contributions to projects.
