In America, the Seven Years War was known as….  The French and Indian War

What were the main causes of the French and Indian War?  Both sides wanted to extend their possession in North America  Religious differences between French Roman Catholic and British Protestant

Who won the French and Indian War?  Britain (England)

Which side did the Indians Fight on: British, French, or Both?  Both

What were the results of the French and Indian War?  Britain received Canada and most of French possesions  Britain received Florida from Spain  Spain got all land west of Mississippi River

Which act passed by Britain required a stamp on legal documents, pamphlets, etc.?  Stamp Act

Why did many colonist want to boycott goods from Great Britain?  No taxation without Representation became their cry.
