Intro Everything that is born must eventually die, that is the law of life. Life may not always be what you would expect or hope for, but it’s something beautiful.

Depression What is depression? Depression is not simply being temporarily sad. What was once thought to be demonic possession when the world was young is now classified as an illness of the mind.

Causes Bullying Alcohol and drug use Pregnancy and Drama Sexual Orientation

Depression Types 1.(Chronic) Dysthmic Disorder-less sever, long term, and keeps people from performing/functions well. 2.Unipolar-mood shifts throughout day and can’t be cheered up 3.Major-(most common) it makes you not be able to enjoy the good things in life including work, and sleep. Also you may lose or gain weight. Depression and even depression medication can lead to suicide so consult a doctor before taking any anti-depressants especially if breastfeeding or recently had a surgery. If you get worse or have thoughts of suicide, you should discontinue use immediately. For more information go to: guide.com/types-of-depression.htm

Symptoms Emptiness Hopelessness Fatigue Eating disorder insomnia (over and under sleeping) Thoughts of death and suicide Symptoms may vary depending on the person and type.

Suicide Everything that lives must die eventually, but that doesn’t mean you should rush it. It can be prevented, the person will say or do things that should put up red flags in your mind. Not easy to deal with but…don’t let the guilt eat at you.
