Whatever the nature or scale of a disruption, Planning minimises the impact to your organisation Not all disruptions can be prevented! Increased awareness of your vulnerabilities, key dependencies, and strengthening your understanding of your operations and business environment is needed for effective planning.

The Plan is an action document – that sets out the action pre any disruption – procedures to be followed during a business disruption Plans should consider – all relevant short and long term activities – closely align with existing emergency management, risk management, IT and operational measures to ensure an integrated outcome.
