Limited Government Ruler, like everyone else, must obey the laws Constitutions limit the power they have Rulers are elected by the people People retain the power

EXAMPLE Limited Government DEMOCRACY  System of government  People vote on all the government decisions  Whatever most people want is what wins Examples of Democracy: United States Student Council

Unlimited Government Ruler controls everything No limits on what she/he can do No limits on what she/he can’t do
