Occupational Safety and Health Act It is a law that outlines what conditions employers must provide for the workers and that the employees must comply. Each employer- –Will provide to every employee a safe working environment that does not contain any dangerous risks to a workers health. –Shall comply with occupational safety and health standards outlined in the Act. Each employee- – Shall comply with OSHA standards and all rules, regulations, and orders associated to this Act which are applicable to his own actions and conduct.
