Organization Consent Using Organization Consent Levels in Program Entry: Assign a Group ALL Permission to Program –Group can see all Clients –Group can edit Client data –Group can enter Clients into program Assign a Group Read Only Permission to Program –Group can see all Clients –Group cannot edit Client data, but may view it –Group cannot enter Clients into program
Group Consent Using Group Consent Levels in Program Entry: Group must have Permission to GROUP to access data Assign a Group ALL Permission to Program –Group can see all Clients –Group can edit Client data –Group can enter Clients into program Assign a Group Read Only Permission to Program –Group can see all Clients –Group cannot edit Client data, but may view it –Group cannot enter Clients into program
Assigning Permissions Permissions are assigned from the GRANTOR to the GRANTEE (left to right on the page) One User Group may have permissions to multiple Programs and also to multiple other User Groups Each User is assigned to a User Group / Role combination on the User Permission page –Some Users may be assigned to multiple User Groups and or Roles To access a Program, the User must have a Role for that module Agency Admin group automatically receives permission to ALL Program and User Groups
Permission page 1.Select Program or Group who will Grant Permission 2.If permission is Read Only, check in box 3.Select Organization in dropdown 4.Select User Group to grant Permission TO 5.Use right arrow to assign Permission 6.All Permissions of selected User Group appear in Grid
Example Agency has Program A and Program B User Group 1 should have all access to A and B User Group 2 should have all access to B, but should only view A Group 1 needs –All Permission Program A –All Permission Program B –Permission Group 2 Group 2 needs –RO Permission Program A –All Permission Program B –Permission Group 1
