FQPA FThis is a national law that was created and passed by congress in The EPA enforces it. FThe FQPA amended the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) by fundamentally changing the way EPA regulates pesticides. FRequires labeling in pesticides and the maximum amount a pesticide can be used on foods. FThis is a national law that was created and passed by congress in The EPA enforces it. FThe FQPA amended the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) by fundamentally changing the way EPA regulates pesticides. FRequires labeling in pesticides and the maximum amount a pesticide can be used on foods.

FQPA FIn general the FQPA mandates a health standard for pesticides on food,provide protection for children, making safer pesticides, create incentives for safe and successful crop protection, reevaluating pesticides with scientific data.
