PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Science Building, Phase II Project Team: Architect: Kwan Hemni Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff Contractor: Broward Builders, Inc Project Update: Interior Casework, Lighting and Fume hoods being installed. Exterior Painting is in progress. Interior Painting is Completed. Electrical and Data installation and termination is continuing at first and second floors. Flooring at 2 nd floor classrooms completed. Storefront installation and Glazing Completed. Stair Treads installed. Occupancy: 09/2012 LAS POSITAS COLLEGE March 19, 2012

Storefront installation has started along with glazing. Site fine grading is complete. Building metal panels have to start within 2 weeks. Sheetrock has started on one side of the walls.
