That is why the part of work over strategy is of great importance – strategic goals have to be clearly formulated, reconcilable and concerted with each other. Targeted approach For the majority of companies it is more efficient to formulate key performance indicators that will make whole company focused on strategic goals, then to develop all-embracing and balanced system of indicators. Everything that doesn’t have strategic importance is not included in KPI system or used as background indicator.
