Aligning Forces for Quality A Robert Wood Johnson Foundation initiative to improve health care quality and equity in 15 community across the nation Aligning those who give care, get care, and pay for care The initiative reduces disparities in the quality of care and fosters a high-quality, integrated, patient-centered system of care that is accessible to all North Coast residents.
