Top ten signs indicating that you are already a CIO (10)  You closely manage your budgets carefully matching expenses and revenues

Top ten signs indicating that you are already a CIO (9)  You organize and participate in technology related events at your institution

Top ten signs indicating that you are already a CIO (8)  You engage in fundraising efforts related to technology

Top ten signs indicating that you are already a CIO (7)  Significant technology acquisitions by any department in your institution require your approval before happening

Top ten signs indicating that you are already a CIO (6)  You are in charge of several departments, such as Technology, Audiovisual, Multimedia, Telecommunications, etc.
