Conclusions In poor IFN responders, HCV subtype, fibrosis score, and baseline viral load remain important pre-treatment predictors of SVR. In addition, virological response at TW8 (4 weeks of PR + 4 weeks of BOC/PR) provides additional information in predicting SVR.
