Within Oracle Applications: Run a Standard Report

Standard Report Single Request

Report Name: Program – Publish FSG Report

Select the Report to publish

Search the Name of the Report “SFE%” You may only see the report pack appropriate to your security access rights (ie, your school/department)

Select a CONTENT SET You may only see the Content Set appropriate to your security access rights (ie, your school/department)

Search for SFE% You may only see the Content Set appropriate to your security access rights (ie, your school/department)

Before Submitting the report: Select OPTIONS

Note that default output format is RTF (MS Word) Change the output format by selecting from the pull down menu [...]

Select Output format Choose PDF

Note that output format has changed No need to change any other parameter

Submit the report If you choose to re-run this report, double check the output format in the Options menu

Obtain the report from the Requests list View Output

Open PDF File Save and/or print
