Bell Ringer Write about what types of genres interest you when you select a book or movie. Why? What is it about that genre that captivates you? If you have difficulty picking a genre, list at least 5 books/movies you like, and write down what it was about them that you enjoyed. (No ladies, you can’t write down “Magic Mike” and put “because Channing Tatum is hot”.)

Announcements This Friday will be the LAST day to get me anything you’re missing! I’m talking to those who have yet to hand in their shortest stories, and/or the rewrites!! Please returned ALL borrowed books to me by Friday as well. Remember, this short story assignment is a 100 point summative; don’t blow it off! It will kill your grade if you do! Short Story rewrites will be due no later than Friday May 31 st Word Count for short stories: 700 (250 MIN)
