Others however, will be much larger and could require a fundamental reshaping and whole-scale restructure of the teams involved. Transfer the 10 posts from the Business Development Unit (Traded Services) into the new Learning & Skills Service. Transition in of Community Learning will bring forward 4 vacant posts. Resolve the 5 outstanding posts and staffing from Phase 1 of the Adult Education (Community Learning) review. Proposed changes could include changes in location for some posts within Learning & Skills (possible Carlisle to Penrith)
