Throckmorton, MA, SHPR, is president and executive HR strategist at Strategic Human Resources, a national HR consulting firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. She also serves as a founding partner of e-HResources.com, an online resource site for small employers. She has served as an HR generalist and consultant in the healthcare, manufacturing, service, retail, educational, and nonprofit industries. Also, she is certified as a Development Dimensions International (DDI) trainer and as a Myers Briggs Type Indicator consultant, and she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. Her publications include the book Bridging the Generation Gap. Robin earned her bachelor’s degree at Purdue University and her master’s degree in labor and employment relations from the University of Cincinnati.

Don’t use too many slides. Include only the most crucial, essential information on each slide. Go easy on the animation, effects, and transitions.
