MY Wealth Management Coordinator Presented by Investment Insurance Consultants (IIC) Mike and Jeanne McGee

This program is designed to allow you quick and easy access to the status of your finances to include budgets, income, expenses – your “UP TO DATE” status at a glance. It is PRIVATE information that you control with a personal login where you set your own password. MY Wealth Management Coordinator

Some information will be automatically supplied by IIC. You will flesh out the information and can restrict the access so even IIC personnel cannot view it (i.e., bank account information, savings account transactions, etc.). The following pages will assist you with how to log into the system and set up your personal finances. MY Wealth Management Coordinator

Log On You will be provided a user ID and password to log into the system by IIC personnel. You will be required to change the password upon first login. IIC Provided User Name IIC Provided Password

The opening screen is fully customizable but you need to wait until you have completed adding your financial data. This will allow the display of needed data in a very visual presentation. Home IIC employees will have NO access to the details in these areas.

In addition to the Tour Guide video, you will also have screens to demo how to set up your mobile phone app and how to keep track of hotel reward points and frequent flyer miles. Home

This is the screen where you will begin to populate all of your personal and business financial data. Each tab of this screen provides instructions on how to set up that given area. Each area can be saved and completed at your leisure. Take your time to insure accuracy. Organizer

This screen is where you will add your bank accounts – checking and savings. You can connect to your accounts electronically and this will allow automatic updates presenting you with real-time data. You can also add Insurance Policies and other types of accounts (e.g., CDs; Stock Options, etc) by connecting electronically. Organizer - Accounts

Below is an example of what the screen will look like the next time you visit it after populating your information. Organizer - Accounts

This screen is where will enter information regarding your real estate holdings, personal property information and any business information you may have. Much of this can also be entered electronically for automatic updating. Organizer – Real Estate/Property

This screen is where you will enter information regarding family and friends that will have a vested interest in your financial future. This does NOT authorize them any access to this data. Organizer – Family and Friends

This screen is where you can enter all of your professional contacts (i.e., banks, financial organizations, insurance agents, etc) for a handy place to look for the addresses and numbers you may need in the future. We automatically start you with a contact for IIC and Mike. Organizer – Professional Contacts

This screen is where you will enter ALL of your income sources, expenses and savings. This will insure you a clear financial picture as well as well as making it easy to compare actual to budget. Organizer – Income, Expenses and Savings

This is the screen where you will list the goals for yourself and your entire family. These goals can then be matched against “what if” scenarios (described later) to insure they are realistic and attainable based on your current financial situation. Organizer – Future Goals

This is the screen where you will list the financial priorities for both you and your spouse or significant other. Many of these may coincide with your Future Goals. Organizer – Financial Priorities

Once you have entered all of your account information (i.e., checking, savings, credit cards, etc) you will be able to enter your budget requirements. This will create various views of your spending to budget comparison so you will always know you are on track. Spending

Below are sample screens that you will have available to keep your financial plan and budget on track. The first is a pie-chart Overview. Spending – Overview

This screen displays your current budget in a bar-chart format separated by category. You will be able to select the various categories and these can be changed as you refine the budget or circumstances dictate. Spending – Budgets

This screen displays your transactions which will allow you to understand the numbers as well as refine the categories to match. All of the screens and information in the Spending tab are NOT visible to IIC personnel unless you specifically authorize it. Spending – Transactions

This screen provides you with a graphical display of your current investments. Investments – Summary

This screen displays a graphical pie-chart breakdown of your individual funds that comprise the total investments with a specific financial institution. If you have more than one, they will be displayed individually one below the other. Investments – Allocation

This screen displays a graph (not available in this example) of each investment showing the gains and loses during any specified time frame. Investments – Analysis

This screen displays a synopsis of all your financial transactions for a specified period and by individual investment firm. Investments – Transactions

The vault is an extra location for you to keep copies of all valuable documents (i.e., wills, insurance policies, financial data, etc). Scan the items and upload them to the vault for safe keeping. There are two primary folders to house your data in, My Documents and Shared Documents. –My Documents is a private storage area that IIC personnel DO NOT have access to. –Shared Documents is an area that IIC personnel DO have access to. –You can also create other folders or subfolders and designate the access. You will have the ability to Upload to any of the folders as well as download individual files or all of your files. There is a video that will explain the importance of the vault and the suggested documents that should be included. Use the picture icon in the upper middle of the following screen to view the video. Reports The following screens provide you with many different possible reports to help you. Running these reports do not affect any of the financial data you have entered but will assist you in future planning to meet goals.

Reports – Settings – Alerts The following screens provide you with many different possible options for assembling and displaying the various data elements of your financial information.

Reports – Settings – Security The following screens are where you will set the access security (password change; second level security questions) for the protection of all your data. Keep this info in a safe location but it can be reset by IIC personnel if necessary.

Reports – Settings – Privacy The following screen is where you can set the access level to your private data. As shown, IIC personnel DO NOT have any access to your spending or expense data.

General Information Do not hesitate to view ALL of the available screens. Simply by looking at many of them you will gain ideas on how to use this system to prepare your financial data to insure your goals and future are sound. Should you forget your password or enter an incorrect password enough times to lock yourself out of the system, contact IIC personnel and they will be able to set a temporary password for you. You will be required to assign a new password (one that hasn’t been used in the past 12 changes) when you sign in with a temporary password. Keep your password safe. NO financial data can be changed with the financial institutions through this system but your data could be available to others.
