Expectations 1. Attendance is essential for success in this course. 2. Being Tardy is not allowed in this class. Students tardiness will be recorded. Students must be in their seats when the bell rings. 3. Go to the restroom in their passing period. Unless there is an emergency, learn to hold.

4. Get everything ready for my class. Sharpen pencils before class starts. 5. In case absent, students are responsible for their missing assignments. 7. If students miss quizzes and tests, they must be made up by appointment after school. 6. Homework must be turned in on time.

8.Strictly no food, drinks or gum in my class. No messing up with other students. Homework Policy Homework will include paper work, projects or conversations. Computer skills will be in wide use

Tests and quizzes 1.Instant grades for an instant small quiz to reinforce what the students have learned. 2.If absent on the day of a test, a note from a parent is required before a makeup test will be given. 3. Cheating will not be tolerated. It will result in an automatic zero and there is no opportunity for make-up.

Grading System Course grades are based on a total point system. A (100%-90%) B (89%-80%) C (79%-70%) D (69%-60%) F (59% and below)

Note: Web page The Final Exam will count from 15-25% of the semester grade. There will be an opportunity for our students and parents to check grades and attendance at ParentLink
