Foundation of the Company  The Company has been initiated by Ms. Gurpreet Kaur along with her dynamic and visionary team in  She is a Professional Soft Skills Trainer and a Behavioral Counselor.  She is a Master Trainer with C.B.S.E.  The Team “R Trainers & Motivators” has been involved in the area of Management Training,Behavioral Modification, Counseling and HRD activities for last seven years.  The team has been involved in the development of Capacity Building Areas in CBSE Schools for last two years.
