As for the 4-digit level, the CZ-ISCO is the most precise translation of the English ISCO-08 to Czech language The national version of ISCO-88 called KZAM-R had also 5 digits, but it was not completely identical with international standard

It is designed for the respondents of earnings statistics from the business sphere. The tool works on the level of individual codes: after an input of the 5digit code of KZAM-R the tool would provide together with its title also the recommended codes of the new CZ-ISCO and their titles. CZECH STATISTICAL OFFICE Conclusion The classification CZ-ISCO (national version of ISCO-08) has been completed and implemented in all the statistics that use the occupational breakdown. Several supplementary materials and electronic tools have been prepared and made available to the public on tailor- made web pages. Since 1 quarter 2011 the data with the new CZ-ISCO codes have been acquired by the CZSO network of interviewers within the Labour Force Survey and the doses of LFS data have been sent to Eurostat. Other surveys will follow.
