We Need to Relate Personally with God His presence is the MOST POWERFUL experience

The Importance of Prayer “Now in the morning, having risen up a long while before daylight, He went out and departed into a solitary place; and there He prayed.” Mark 1:35

The Importance of Prayer “But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut the door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.” Matthew 6:6

Understanding What a Devotional Is… Entering into His presence “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

Understanding What a Devotional Is… Praying joyfully with thanksgiving “Come before Him with joyful songs…enter His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise; be thankful to Him, and bless His name.” Psalm 100:2-4

How to be Effective in Prayer Start your prayer time realizing you are in the presence of God (Heb. 11:6)

How to be Effective in Prayer Confess to God whatever sins you have committed so that your prayers will not be hindered (Ps. 66:18)

How to be Effective in Prayer Spend time presenting your specific needs (Phil. 4:19)

How to be Effective in Prayer Before going to sleep, examine your life and ask the Lord what things have displeased Him. Then, confess and abandon those things (Proverbs 28:13)

CONCLUSION Without a doubt, having a personal relationship with God is a fountain of life. Make the decision and start this new stage, following these simple steps, which you will give you a successful and full life, allowing you to experience God’s greatness in your life.
