What is a CSIRT?  CSIRT is a organization or team that provides services and support, to a defined constituency, for preventing, handling and responding to computer security incidents.  CSIRT’s are not all structured in the same manner - they do not all perform the same function or even have the same name.

VITA-CSITR creating history  gathering information,  obtaining funding model,  forming a project team,  defining constituency,  determine services which will be provided,  identifying required resources,  creating documentation,  announcing when becomes operational.

Manage VITA-CSIRT  daily organization issues,  supervising infrastructure, incident handling and webpage,  training for staff,  development planning,  coordination and collaboration activities,  public relations,  creating reports to sponsorship.
