How to Draw a Circle Graph Use your protractor to draw a radius in the circle. Line the hole on your protractor up with the center point of the circle and line your radius up with the zero degree mark on your protractor. Then, count up from zero to the number of degrees you need for your particular angle and mark it. Use your protractor as a straight-edge an connect the center point to the mark you made. Congratulations– you just created your first angle! Repeat steps 2 – 4 for the other angles.
