Thai Language and Culture Program

Khon Kaen University (KKU) was established as the major university in the Northeastern part of Thailand in 1964 and has developed itself to become one of the top universities in Thailand. Our campus serves as the leading educational and learning centre of the Northeastern region. It is conveniently located a few kilometers from the center of the city and is situated on a large, safe, and attractive site of green fields measuring 900 hectares.

Khon Kaen University Language Institute offers Thai certificated program for foreigners wishing to study Thai Culture and Thai language (14 days) in real environment. The objectives of the program are to introduce learners’ basic Thai language and develop their understanding of Thai culture. Thai Language & Culture Program

* Accommodation all through the program and transportation for the excursions is provided and included. *The transportation on the daily basis is responsible by the participant. * Participant responsible for all meals during the program except breakfasts at the hotel. The program consists of basic Thai and more on culture. On completion of the program, learners will be awarded a certificate from KKULI.

Practice basic Thai conversation with experienced teachers. Learners will be taught natural Thai speaking.

There are peer tutors on the one on one basis. They are KKU students who enjoy exchanging language and cultural experience with international students.

Students will be staying in a hotel across from the university. Only 10 minutes walk to the classroom.
