THE GOAL To Grasp the REALITY of what Prayer can do for YOU

I.HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRAY? A.CONTINUALLY 1)1 Thess. 5:16-18 – Rejoice always, 17 PRAY WITHOUT CEASING, 18 in all circumstances give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. B.EVERYDAY 1)What are your requests? C.LIFESTYLE – When did people pray? 1)In the Morning – Ps 5:3In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation. 2)Day and Night – Ps 88:1 O Lord, the God who saves me, day and night I cry out before you. 3)Three times a day – Ps 55:17 Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice. 4)All Night – Luke 6:12-13 One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God.

ONE LAST THOUGHT… If you don’t engage with God in prayer You don’t have a relationship with him… So what will it be? Will you pray?
