BEGINNINGS OF A GLOBAL CLASSROOM Establish connections with teachers and students in other countries via blogging, FB, Twitter, Skype, Google, etc. These connections have gone beyond the participants, both teachers and students of the conference as they added their friends to the network. Very encouraging especially with both teachers and students from ASEAN countries chatting on FB in English exchanging ideas, discussing their homework and discussing about their examinations.

EMERGENCE OF THE “ASEAN COMMUNITY” AMONGST THE DELEGATES NETWORKING AND LINKAGES BETWEEN SCHOOLS IN ASEAN TEACHERS-STUDENTS CONNECT (SHARING OF KNOWLEDGE, RESOURCES, EXPERIENCES AND EXPERTISE THROUGH PHYSICAL PRESENCE OR ELECTRONIC SOCIAL MEDIA)
