Warm ups On Thursday, Ms. W had a surprise party for a friend at Texas Twister. Her name is Julie, wow! Was she surprised! After eating cake, and riding go carts, they played games. To play a game, you had to have tokens. Each token cost $.25.

After playing games, they put all the tickets they won from games together, to get one big gift for Julie. 1. They won a total of 750 tickets. If ten tickets is equivalent to a quarter, how much money would 750 tickets be worth?

2. Julie thought about getting this puppy and blanket. How much money would this actually cost if ten tickets are equivalent to a quarter?

3. How much would the soccer ball cost if ten tickets are equivalent to a quarter?
