Publications Ethical Standards Subcommittee Members: William Oberkampf (chair), John Anderson, Karl Bilimoria, Frank Lu, Elaine Oran Continuing to investigate the Springer book case:  Infringement of AIAA copyrighted articles and self-plagiarism by the book chapter authors  Malfeasance on the part of the book editors  Negligence on the part of the Springer managing editor New case:  Chair is evaluating a claim of plagiarism against authors of a recently published article in JGCD. 4

Journals Subcommittee Supplemental materials option for all journals is in place Ongoing developments concerning Open Access are being monitored Publication of manuscripts upon acceptance has been proposed for JGCD 5
