Project Priority Methodology Same as last year, TPO’s 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan. Completed projects are removed from the list, projects scheduled for construction in first three years are moved to the committed list and new projects are placed at the end of the priority list. New rankings for Transportation Alternatives projects based on criteria adopted by the TPO in April 2015.
