2 nd NGAP Symposium “Celebrate the Past, Prepare for the Future” 3 to 4 December 2014, ICAO Headquarters Held as a part of the 70 th Chicago Convention Anniversary Preceding a Model Council activity Attendees included 327 participants from 58 States and 10 Organizations

Purpose In NGAP Phase 1, we raised awareness and developed Competency-Based Training (CBT) provisions for ATCOs and ATSEPs In NGAP Phase 2, we will deploy those new provisions to support their implementation and create tools to support human capital best practices
