Who are we? Office Response Ltd started trading from it’s Bristol Head Office in September Office Response is owned and privately financed by its Directors, Iain McGregor and Martin Blain. Iain and Martin have a number of other business interests and have been working together since Our customers are mainly based in the United Kingdom with a smaller number of clients located throughout the world. We operate from offices in central Bristol. We employ around 150 full and part time staff. Our staff members are divided into teams specialising in working for the particular needs of our clients.

Competencies What are they? Competencies are questions about situations you have been in, and what your experience of it was. How are they used? They are used to assess your abilities and experience against what you can be expected to deal with in the job. In other words, they are looking for a good fit. How can I prepare? Think about your life experience to date in terms of what has been useful.

Do the research! A 5 second Google can get you a 5 year job. Learn at least 3 things about the company.

Have Questions! Most interviews allow time for this, use it! Do not ask about benefits or perks, you are applying for a job not a holiday. Ask about opportunities. for advancement. Ask about the companies plans. ??????????????????????????????????
