Overview  The five major allies  The budget that the UN spent  The founding of the UN and the reason for the it.

Who  The UN was founded after the end of World War II by the victorious Allied Powers in the hope that it would act to intervene in conflicts between nations and thereby avoid war.

What  A replacement of the League of Nations.
