Brief Description of Planning Process In May 2008, the BLT will review the CIP and assess the degree to which implementation was complete and successful. In August 2008, the BLT will convene to disaggregate all data. Results will be shared with faculty, staff, and parents and input will be gathered. The BLT will draft the CIP and present it to stakeholders for modification. The finalized CIP will be sent to the district for approval.
