Flappers Designers Dress code for men and women

Day wear Evening wear Designers

The men wore silk top hats, long loose suits, and long trousers with cuffs. For informal occasion the men wore suits with broad shoulder pads and pleated trousers with a high waist. The younger men were more into sports wear so they wore wide striped shirts, checker jackets, and plain pants.

They wore extra-wide trousers At dinner time they wore midnight blue jackets and the pants the men wore was plain stiff bosom shirt with a wide collar. The overcoat that they wore at night were the colors of black, dark gray, or dark blue. The shoes the men wore was patent leather

Women’s styles were straight and slim with low – waistlines, but the hemline was different and fell to the knee. Most of the clothing were hand made Gabrielle “CoCo” Chanel was the women clothing designer
