The Department have placed Supervisor in each Flour Mills for regular checking of the respective mills by the concern supervisor. In addition to that the Assistant Director of the concern Department visit regularly on weekly basis for the surprise checking of the Flour Mills Supervision over the Mills

Procedure of Flour Checking at the Mills The Supervisors have been directed to lift samples of Atta from each Flour Mills on weekly basis and send these samples to Govt. Laboratory Jammu for Analysis. This Procedure is being implemented regularly.
